China Artists Association Cartoon Branch is the official cartoon committee with the highest academic authority and consultation in China. China Artists Association Cartoon Branch formulate the program of activities to hold all kinds of the academic cartoon forums and the professional Exhibitions among the associators all the nation. China Artists Association Cartoon Branch re-elected this April in Beijing, Xu Pengfei is as the director. Zheng Xinyao, Sun Yizeng, Zhang Yao-ning, Li Qing are as deputy directors. The new Committee will enhance the relationship with the local cartoon organizations as usual, and strengthen the communication and cooperation with the other committees , and organize national or international comic activities.
